Royal Ejector – Transition Model
HOLLAND & HOLLAND
Category : D
Caliber : 12-65mm/2½
A rare transition "Royal Ejector Model" made circa 1893.
It uses the second type of the patented H&H safety side locks and the ejectors are of the H&H pattern with wide extractors.
The recently W-r sleeved 28½" barrels are 2½" chambered with 3/10° & 7/10° chokes. The engraving is a finely done "Best Bouquet & Scrolls" with carved fences.
A fantastic piece of English walnut was used to make the 14?” LOP straight stock finished with a leather-covered soft plate.
Even if that same gun is photographed in L. Bedu book "PLATINES" for its historical and mechanical interest, it's perfectly suitable for bird shooting and hunting all the day.
6lbs 9oz net weight, perfectly balanced.
