Mod. 66-2 Combat Magnum Stainless 6"
SMITH & WESSON
Handguns
Category : B
Caliber : .357 Magnum
This fine 6" barrel S&W Model 66-2 left the Springfield factory in 1984.
It has been imported in France by Ets. Raymond Gérand, rue Rottembourg in Paris, which was the distributor at the time for Smith & Wesson, a brand then owned by the US Bangor Punta Corporation.
This .357 Magnum revolver underwent testing at the Saint-Étienne proof house, which applied its mark below the "5A" code, corresponding to the year 1985.
The firearm appears to have seen very little use and remains in remarkable condition, free of marks or blemishes.
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, this is, of course, a pre-MIM [Metal Injection Molding] model; it retains the K type action renowned for its crisp trigger pull and smooth operation.
The target grips are made of Gonçalo Alves with S&W medallions.
The original documents are included, and this superb S&W Model 66-2 comes with our full warranty.
