Model 61 Pump Action Hammerless Repeater
WINCHESTER
Rifles
Category : C
Caliber : .22 S, L & Lr
It's rare to find a more than seventy-year-old Winchester 61 in such a nice state of conservation.
This superb 61, firing indifferently the .22 Short, Long or Long Rifle came out in 1948 of the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven factory and seems to have been very little used.
This beautiful vintage rifle, weighing only 25lbs 11oz, bears a 24" barrel and a 14" LOP American walnut stock.
This rifle retains all its vintage factory finishes, with a nicely preserved blue, even on the checkered steel buttplate.
In addition, it is equipped with a perfectly fitted and sighted Lyman 53CS peep sight.
The system is quickly and easily taken apart by a single large screw on the receiver left side and we must notice the specific markings of this model.
Indeed this fine Winchester 61 supports our full warranty.
