Rifles

Category : C

Caliber : 6,5x57R

Superb Karpaten kipplauf of the highest quality, built by Ludwig Borovnik in Ferlach in late 2006.

The Böhler "Super Blitz" octagonal 24" barrel is chambered for the classic 6.5x57R, a cartridge perfectly suited to deer stalking and mountain hunting.

The Kersteen triple bolted action uses a Blitz system with a German double set trigger.

The action, fully engraved with a tapestry of elegant scrollwork, reserving the belly for chamois head vignette, is finished in gray hardening.

The 14½" LOP stock is made of very fine French walnut while the forend is finished with a handsome black horn schnabel.

This kipplauf, in near-mint condition, is equipped with a Swarovski AV 3-10x42 R4A scope fitted on traditional hand made claw mount.

It is presented, disassembled, in a beautiful full leather case with manufacturer's label.

The rifle alone weighs 6lb 8oz and 7lb 10oz kg scoped.
