A full option "Technical", high-performance rifle, meticulously assembled on a REMINGTON 700SA short action and chambered for the highly accurate and lethal 7-08 Remington cartridge.

The 700SA receiver has been blue printed, realigned, and machined by our team before being fitted with a new bolt handle, a side swing three-position safety, a blind magazine, and a Bix'n Andy VR trigger.

The safety is a three-position ERA that locks the machined lightweight firing pin, while the single stage trigger let-off is set at 15 oz.

The 24" barrel is a .284" bore stainless steel match-grade Lothar Walther with 1/9" twist of our special D&D "Hunter" profile.

Its 11° muzzle is threaded ½"-28 TPI thread under protector ring.

It is assembled to the receiver with a precision-ground stainless steel recoil lug and bears our brand and caliber markings engraved on the breech.

The 14¼" LOP graphite Kevlar stock is a McMillan "Edge" bedded on duralumin pillars. It features a custom-machined AU4G trigger guard, engraved with our mountain rifles logo.

The rifle is fitted with a KAHLES Helia 3 4-12x44i scope with a G4BRX illuminated stadia reticle, supported by an outstanding full titanium mount specifically machined for this receiver.

While the barrel is treated with Cerakote H-237 Tungsten, the entire action and mount are finished in Cerakote H-146 Graphite Black, and the McMillan stock is also Cerakote anthracite/pearl gray webbed.

Note the integrated insert for a Spartan bipod under the forend.

The rifle weighs 6lbs 8oz. and 7lbs 11oz scoped.

That 7-08 rifle delivers an exceptional and constant ±½ MOA accuracy over three shots with Hornady 150-grain ELD-X® Precision Hunter cartridges, a load whose ballistics are far superior to those of the renowned .308 Winchester.
