This WINCHESTER model 70 "Super Grade" is part of the first series of new pre-64 produced at the New-Haven factory in 1990.

This example, chambered for the famous 7^MM Remington Magnum, uses a forged steel CRF action with large extractor blade and a button rifled 24" barrel, the whole finished in satin black bluing.

This rifle has benefited of a very beautiful 14" LOP new stock made of European walnut (juglans regia), classic styled with straight comb, beaded oval cheekpiece and ebony tipped rounded forend.

We will also note the addition of a large recoil block and the classic pattern excellent checkering.

This W70 is fitted with a SWAROVSKI Z3 4-12x50 with BRX reticle scope on LEUPOLD Quick Release Ø1" rings mount.

This "Super Grade" is in a perfect state of preservation; with an excellent barrel bore, a tight mechanism and faultless operation.

We also note the presence of Saint-Etienne national proof house period marks, the weapon having been imported and distributed in France at the very end of the last century.

This rifle that weighs 8lbs.2oz alone and 9lbs.5oz scoped, has been sighted at the range and supports our full guarantee.
